“It has been two years since the completion of my warehouse in Dudley Park and I hold Buildtec in the highest regard.I was looking for a building site for about three years before we chose the Dudley Park site. In this time Anthony of Buildtec met with me on a number of occasions to discuss potential sites. Buildtec would put forward a building plan to fit the site which helped me make a decision about whether each site would fit my requirements. Buildtec offered this service at no cost and did not ask for any guarantee to build. When I did finally choose my site, I didn’t hesitate to ask Buildtec to build the warehouse. I believe when building a new business premises you must feel comfortable with the person you are dealing with – I certainly felt comfortable with Buildtec.
The Buildtec construction team, led by Michael and James, were extremely helpful and accommodating to my building needs. The site manager Gino was also the same. All the personnel at Buildtec went beyond what was needed to help me in any issue or question I had.
My building was completed and the service continued to the point even now after two years I know if I called Buildtec they would help (which I have). I have recommended Buildtec to a few friends and will continue to recommend them as I know their quality and professionalism will not change.”
