A widely anticipated mixed use development at Seaford Meadows called Key Central including an Early Learning Centre, townhouses, apartments and a park will be taken to market at the start of winter.
The innovative and visionary project, by South Australian developer Buildtec and partner Tal GP, will be sold by local real estate agent, Jason Mills, of Timms Real Estate.
“We can’t wait to bring this project to market,” said Mr Mills.
“Demand is high for something in the area which will cater to a range of demographics – families with young children, young professionals, retirees who are seeking no fuss, easy and convenient living and investors who want to take advantage of a high rental demand in the area.
“Seaford Meadows is a rapidly developing area with easy access to superb infrastructure like the electric rail and the Southern Expressway. Importantly, buyers can currently take advantage of stamp duty concession and save around $8,000 if they get in before 30 June 2017.”
The development on Prow Drive will feature two-storey townhouses in addition to low rise apartments, which will overlook a central park.
The jewel in the crown of the development, however, will be a completely self-contained Early Learning Centre with independent carpark.
“This development is really about providing the best lifestyle and amenities for those who purchase,” said Buildtec Managing Director, Anthony Carrocci.
“Given this, the construction of an Early Learning Centre in the precinct will provide those with young children with a readily accessible option for childcare, while a central park will give a welcome space to those wanting to soak up the outdoors.”
Buildtec is renowned as an expert in urban residential infill developments and redevelopments in South Australia, delivering industry-leading property and construction services for a portfolio of clients ranging from small to medium local businesses.
Construction is anticipated to begin late 2017.
